Braised Celery are cut into bite sized pieces and make a delicious side dish.
- 1 cup water
- 1 bunch celery, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 chicken flavored bouillon cube
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- In 10 inch skillet over high heat, in boiling water, heat celery and next 3 ingredients to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes until celery is tender crisp. Drain celery; return to skillet. Stir in butter or margarine.
