Bourbon Balls are dipped in chocolate.
- 2 boxes confectioner's sugar
- 1/3 cup bourbon whiskey
- 8 ounces semi sweet chocolate, melted
- 1/4 pound butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons paraffin wax
- Mix sugar, butter and bourbon together in a bowl and form into small balls. Combine melted chocolate and paraffin wax in a small bowl.
- Dip balls in chocolate mixture to completely coat and set on a wax paper covered tray and refrigerate to chill and set.
