If you do not wish to have bourbon in this recipe, you can omit it.
- 4 cans Boston baked beans
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 12 oz. chili sauce
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. molasses
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
- Cover and cook on high 2 to 3 hours.
