Slow cooker pork roasts.
- 3-4 pounds boneless pork roast
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
- 1/3 cup sliced onion
- Place the roast in the slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and pour over the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4-5 hours.
