A ‘Bone-Dry’ Martini, also known as a ‘Pass the Bottle,’ is a version of the famous cocktail but without even a drop of vermouth.
- 2-1/2 ounces gin
- Green olive to garnish
- 6 ice cubes
- Place a martini glass into the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
- Put the gin in a cocktail shaker, add the ice and stir or shake the mixture for 30 seconds until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass and garnish with a green olive; serve immediately.
