This sleek and sexy rum, apple brandy and vermouth cocktail is served chilled in a sugar-rimmed martini glass and garnished with a simple lemon peel twist.
Ingredients
- Sugar for rimming
- 1-1/2 ounces light rum
- 3/4 ounce apple brandy
- 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
- Twist of lemon peel
Directions
- Coat the rim of a martini glass with sugar and then put the glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 35 seconds to combine.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass, garnish with the lemon peel twist and serve immediately.
