Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4cup sour cream
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 prepared graham cracker pie shell

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar together.
  3. Beat in sour cream and fold in the berries.
  4. Pour into pie shell and bake until the custard is firm, about 1 hour.
  5. Serve warm or chilled.
