Blueberry Sour Cream Cake is filled with everyone's favorite berry.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 egg yolks
- Topping: 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 quart blueberries
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Turn into a prepared 9 by 13 inch pan.
- Sprinkle evenly with blueberries. Combine remaining topping ingredients and spread evenly over the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
