Blueberry Sour Cream Cake

Blueberry Sour Cream Cake is filled with everyone's favorite berry.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Topping: 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 quart blueberries

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Turn into a prepared 9 by 13 inch pan.
  2. Sprinkle evenly with blueberries. Combine remaining topping ingredients and spread evenly over the top.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
