Classic breakfast muffin with fresh blueberries.
Ingredients
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/ 4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease or line muffin tin
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add in the egg, milk and butter.
- Fill the muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 20 minutes.
