Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons apple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
Directions
- Blend the blueberry, juice and extract together. Add in the yogurt and pulse until blended. Refrigerate before serving.
