Creamy blueberry pie.


  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 (9-inch) crumb piecrust
  • 1 (22 ounce) can blueberry pie filling


  1. Beat together the cream cheese and whipping cream until stiff. Mix in the confectioners' sugar and continue beating until combined. Pour into the piecrust. Top with the blueberry filling.
