Creamy blueberry pie.
Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 (9-inch) crumb piecrust
- 1 (22 ounce) can blueberry pie filling
Directions
- Beat together the cream cheese and whipping cream until stiff. Mix in the confectioners' sugar and continue beating until combined. Pour into the piecrust. Top with the blueberry filling.
