Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 2-1/3 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Cream 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4 cup butter, vanilla and egg; set aside.
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
- Blend flour combination and milk into egg mixture.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Pour batter into a greased 8x8 baking dish.
- Mix together remaining sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter until mixture becomes coarse; sprinkle over top of cake batter.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
