Every sip of this smoothie brings a mouthful of fresh ginger, coconut, lime, walnut and blueberry flavor. A perfect snack or breakfast treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • a big chunk fresh ginger, minced
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
  • a handful of walnuts

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.
