This smoothie packs a power punch of antioxidants, fiber and omega 3s in every sip.
- 1 fresh or frozen banana, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks
- 1 cup frozen or fresh or frozen blueberries
- 6 ounces plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar, or to taste
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
