This gin, Cointreau and club soda cocktail is enhanced with the addition of blue Curaçao; an orange-flavored liqueur with intense blue color.

Place the lemon peel curl in a highball glass, fill with ice and then pour in the gin and the Cointreau.
Add enough club soda to almost fill to the top, stir to combine and then add a dash of blue Curaçao. Stir to combine and then serve immediately.
