A bit of crushed pineapple give Blue Cheese Ball a tangy sweetness.
- 2 ounces blue cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 small can pineapple crushed, drained
- 1/2 cup pecans, crushed
- Combine blue cheese, cream cheese and pineapple in a bowl; mix well. Form into a ball. Roll cheese ball in crushed pecans. Chill until serving time.
