Soft, smooth and well-balanced, this gin, bitters and curaçao cocktail was first concocted in the mid 1800s.
Ingredients
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 ounces gin
- 5 dashes curaçao
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then double strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
