Blood of the Kapu Tiki

This Tiki-style punch is made with citrus fruits, Puerto Rican rum, Pernod and bitters. Its vivid orange color makes it a fitting beverage for a Halloween party as well.


  • 3 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 3 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
  • 3 ounces fresh orange juice
  • 3 ounces grenadine
  • 3 ounces simple syrup
  • 10 ounces gold Puerto Rican rum
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pernod
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Crushed ice
  • Lime wheels to garnish


  1. Fill a punch bowl with crushed ice and then add all of the ingredients except for the garnish.
  2. Stir the mixture with a spoon for about 35 seconds to chill and then serve in glasses garnished with lime wheels.
