This stunning cocktail provides the perfect balance between the sweet complexity of the Chartreuse, the fresh acidity of the lemon juice, the full-bodied taste of the port and the delightful ‘kick’ of the Pisco.

Ingredients

3/4 ounce Yellow Chartreuse
3/4 ounce Pisco
3/4 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 ounce White Port

Directions

Place the Yellow Chartreuse, Pisco, Fresh Lemon Juice and Port into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Vigorously shake the mixture for about 30 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish the drink with the knotted lemon rind and serve immediately.
