This winter punch, made by mixing coffee, vodka, liqueur and ice cream together, makes an intensely creamy and coffee-flavored treat.
- 2 cups coffee liqueur
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 5 cups espresso or strong black coffee, cooled
- 3 pints coffee ice cream, softened
- Place the coffee liqueur, vodka, coffee and ice cream in a large punch bowl and whisk to blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 40 minutes to chill.
