A smooth mix of yogurt and fruit make this the perfect breakfast beverage.

Ingredients

  • 7 hulled strawberries
  • 4 tablespoons of Greek-Style yogurt
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup of orange juice

Directions

  1. Place the strawberries, yogurt and orange juice into a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture until creamy and smooth, and then pour into 3 glasses and serve.
