Sexy, slick and sophisticated this cocktail has all the smoothness of a classic martini but with the added kick of black pepper.
- 2-1/2 ounces gin
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
- 1/2 ounce Black Peppercorn Syrup
- Pre-chill a martini glass by placing in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
- Stir the mixture for about 10 seconds until chilled and then strain into the prepared glass. Serve immediately.
