This elegant cocktail uses a blend of thick and rich Guinness beer and gin as its base. Both its presentation and unique flavor are equally impressive.


  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce Guinness
  • 3/4 ounce sherry
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 1 large egg white
  • dash Angostura
  • Ground cinnamon to garnish


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 35 seconds.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake the mixture once again for 35 seconds to chill.
  3. Strain the mixture into a champagne flute and top with a pinch of cinnamon; serve immediately.
