Slow cooked roast with black eyes peas and gravy.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 pounds beef roast
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can black eyes peas, drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) can sliced potatoes, drained
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages gravy mix
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Salt and pepper the roast, place it in the slow cooker.
  2. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the roast.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
