Slow cooked roast with black eyes peas and gravy.
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 pounds beef roast
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can black eyes peas, drained
- 1 (12 ounce) can sliced potatoes, drained
- 2 (3 ounce) packages gravy mix
- 1 cup water
- Salt and pepper the roast, place it in the slow cooker.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
