- 2 ounces white rum
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
- 1 black olive to garnish
- Pre-chill a cocktail glass by putting into the freezer.
- Pour the rum and the vermouth into a cocktail shaker and add a handful of ice.
- Shake the mixture vigorously for 20 seconds and then strain into the prepared cocktail glass.
- Garnish the drink with the olive and serve.
