Slow cooked black bean  soup.

Ingredients

  • 3 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 (14 1/2 ouce) cans chicken broth
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 cups chopped onion
  • 2 cups chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 5 hours.
