Slow cooked black bean soup.
Ingredients
- 3 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 (14 1/2 ouce) cans chicken broth
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 2 cups chopped green bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 5 hours.
