This Campari, vermouth and vodka blend is similar to a Negroni cocktail minus the gin and plus the vodka.

Place a cocktail glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, except for the garnish, and then fill with ice.
Vigorously shake the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with the orange twist and serve.
