Cheddar and hot sausage cheese ball appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hot pork sausage
  • 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 cups biscuit mix
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients. Shape into bite-size balls and arrange on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes.
