The Big Ben Cocktail is an impressive, layered cocktail made with two main ingredients: Benedictine Liqueur and cold tonic water.

Pour the Benedictine into a tall cocktail glass and then gently add the cold tonic water to create a new layer. Add a few ice cubes to the glass and then gently swirl the mixture to combine. Garnish the cocktail with the lime slice and serve.
