  • 1 cup low fat mayonnaise
  • 1, 8-ounce carton reduced fat sour cream
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced water chestnuts, optional

  2. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise; add onions, spinach and water chestnuts.
