The Berry Wall cocktail was first documented in the famous Savoy Cocktail book as a dressed-up martini with a few dashes of curaçao.
- 3/4 ounce dry gin
- 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
- 4 dashes curaçao
- Lemon peel twist to garnish
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the lemon twist, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish the drink with the lemon zest twist and then serve immediately.
