A flavor packed sausage and black bean slow cooked soup.
- 1 pound hot sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 2 (15 ounce) cans Mexican stewed tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- Brown the sausage and onion together. Drain.
- Combine with the remaining ingredients in a greased slow cooker. Cook covered for 3-5 hours on low.
