Slow cooked beef and bell pepper soup.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef, browned and drained
  • 3 green bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans beef broth
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans tomato soup
  • 1 cup instant rice, uncooked
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
