  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fat-free vinaigrette dressing


  1. Combine the peppers in a large bowl and toss with the dressing. Chill until ready to serve.
