Slow cooked chicken and bell pepper.


  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 green bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 (6 ounce size) bottle Italian salad dressing


  1. Arrange the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker, top with the bell pepper.
  2. Mix together the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
