Sophisticated, simple and seriously delicious, this salad is a perfect side to your main meal.   


  • 6 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup quartered cooked beets
  • 1/2 cup raspberry vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans
  • 2 ounces crumbled goat cheese


  1. Place the spinach and beets into a bowl, and then pour over the vinaigrette.
  2. Toss to combine, and then top with the goat cheese and the pecans.
