Low fat marinated beet and onion salad.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 (16 ounce) can sliced beets, undrained
- 1/2 onion, sliced in rings
Directions
- Mix everything together and let marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Mix every 10 minutes while marinating.
