A quick and easy dinner or appetizer, beer battered fried shrimp.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) can beer
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and veined
  • Canola oil

Directions

  1. Mix together the beer, flour and garlic powder and mix until creamy.
  2. Dip the shrimp in the batter and then deep fry in the oil.
