- 1 (12 ounce) can beer
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and veined
- Canola oil
- Mix together the beer, flour and garlic powder and mix until creamy.
- Dip the shrimp in the batter and then deep fry in the oil.
