Slow cooked beef and noodle soup.
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 (46 ounce) can V8 juice
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 1 (3 ounce) package beef ramen noodles with flavor packet
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
