Slow cooked beef stew with mushrooms.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of muchroom soup
- 3 (4 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 (1 ounce) package fry onion soup mix
Directions
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
