Slow cooked beef stew made with sirloin and vegetables.
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into thin strips, browned
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen potatoes, carrots, celery and onions
- 1 (12 ounce) jar beef gravy
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or high for 1 1/2-2 hours.
