Slow cooked beef short ribs
- 4 pounds beef short ribs, cut into pieces
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can beef broth
- 1/2 cup prepared horseradish
- Place the ribs in the slow cooker. Cook on high for 1 1/2 hours. Drain.
- Combine the broth and horseradish in a small bowl. Pour over the ribs. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
