Slow cooked beef and potato soup.
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- 4 cups cubed potato
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- Mix together everything but the water in the slow cooker. Add water until the ingredients are covered. Stir well. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
