A chunky beef and potato slow cooked stew dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1-1/4 pounds lean ground beef, browned
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can vegetable beef soup
Directions
- Layer all of the ingredients in a greased slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper. Cook covered for 5-6 hours on low.
