Round steak and mushroom stroganoff.
- 1 1/2 pounds round steak, cut in 1/4 inch strips
- 2 tablespoons onion soup mix
- 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sour cream
- Brown the steak in a skillet. Mix in the soup and mushrooms (with liquid). Heat until bubbly and then slowly stir in the sour cream. Continue cooking until heated through.
- Serve over egg noodles.
