Beef Mushroom Stroganoff

Round steak and mushroom stroganoff.


  • 1 1/2 pounds round steak, cut in 1/4 inch strips
  • 2 tablespoons onion soup mix
  • 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sour cream


  1. Brown the steak in a skillet. Mix in the soup and mushrooms (with liquid). Heat until bubbly and then slowly stir in the sour cream. Continue cooking until heated through.
  2. Serve over egg noodles.
