Serve Beef Izzo on hard rolls for a great family meal.
Ingredients
- 4 pounds boneless pot roast, cooked and cooled
- 6 green peppers, sliced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
Directions
- Shred pot roast with a fork; saving all the juices. Combine all ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 45 minutes.
