Sirloin strips cooke in Burgundy wine.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds sirloin steak, cut in 1/4 inch strips
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 can creamy onion soup
- 2 cups Burgundy wine
Directions
- Season the meat as desired. Dredge in the flour and brown in a skillet. Stir in the wine and soup. Simmer covered for 2 hours. Serve over noodles.
