Sirloin strips cooke in Burgundy wine.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds sirloin steak, cut in 1/4 inch strips
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 can creamy onion soup
  • 2 cups Burgundy wine

Directions

  1. Season the meat as desired. Dredge in the flour and brown in a skillet. Stir in the wine and soup. Simmer covered for 2 hours. Serve over noodles.
