Serve Beef Hot Dip with tortilla chips or rye crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1, 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic juice
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package shredded chipped beef

Directions

  1. Blend first 3 ingredients. Blend in rest of ingredients; mix well. Pour into a casserole and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Stir before serving.
