Serve Beef Hot Dip with tortilla chips or rye crackers.
Ingredients
- 1, 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic juice
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package shredded chipped beef
Directions
- Blend first 3 ingredients. Blend in rest of ingredients; mix well. Pour into a casserole and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Stir before serving.
