Slow cooked beefy green chile stew.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds round steak, cubed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 (7 ounce) cans chopped green chile
- 5 (10 ounce) cans tomatoes with green chile
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup beef broth
Directions
- Brown the steak, onion, and garlic in the oil over low heat. Pour into slow cooker and mix in the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
