Stewed beef and tomatoe soup goulash.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds stew beef
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 1 can zesty tomato soup
Directions
- Saute the meat with the onion in the oil. Stir in the soup. Cover and place in a casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour. Serve with noodles.
