Stewed beef and tomatoe soup goulash.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds stew beef
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
  • 1 can zesty tomato soup

Directions

  1. Saute the meat with the onion in the oil. Stir in the soup. Cover and place in a casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour. Serve with noodles.
